Pamela Sharkey has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Pamela began their career in 2000 as a Customer Service Manager at Walmart, where they worked until 2007. From 2007 to 2012, they held the position of Store Manager at Starbucks. Pamela then joined Indigo as a General Manager from 2012 to 2015. Pamela returned to Starbucks in 2015, this time as a District Manager, a role they held until January 2022. In 2020, they transitioned to become a Holistic Leadership Mentor, and in August 2022, they became the Manager of Regional Operations at NVA Canada.
Pamela Sharkey began their education journey in 2002 by enrolling at Brock University. Pamela completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Developmental and Child Psychology in 2006. After obtaining their undergraduate degree, Pamela went on to pursue a higher level of education at Niagara University in 2007. Pamela completed a Master of Education degree in Secondary Education and Teaching later that same year.
