Frank Wamelink

Frank Wamelink has extensive experience in educational policy and quality assurance, currently serving as a Senior Beleidsmedewerker at NVAO since July 2009, where responsibilities include managing accreditation files and implementing a Document Management System. Previously, Wamelink was the Coördinator Onderwijsvisitaties at QANU from June 2004 to June 2009, engaging in international projects and networking, and also held the same title at VSNU from April 2002 to June 2004, contributing to the quality assurance policy dossier. As a co-owner of Sci-Quest from 1995 to 2008, Wamelink played a key role in developing methodologies for evaluating the societal quality of scientific research. Earlier roles include serving as a Beleidsadviseur Proefaccreditatie at the Vereniging Hogescholen and various positions at the University of Amsterdam from 1991 to 2000, including Opleidingscoördinator and researcher. Wamelink holds a degree in Philosophy from the University of Amsterdam, specializing in Medical Anthropology and the Dynamics of Science.
