Tinka Thede

Tinka Thede is a seasoned policy advisor currently at NVAO since June 2018, focusing on process coordination for institutional audits and accreditations in the Netherlands, while also specializing in Transnational Education and Joint Programmes. Tinka has held positions such as Secretary for the Executive Board and a member of the Works Council, and participated in the ENQA Leadership Programme. Prior to NVAO, Tinka contributed to the NCP NLQF as a quality committee member, served as a trainer at Manuele Facilitatie voor de Larynx, and acted as an educational advisor and project manager at Onderwijs.pro. Tinka's background also includes significant roles at Hogeschool Utrecht and Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen, where responsibilities involved quality assurance in education and content development for Speech-Language Therapy programs. Tinka's clinical experience includes work as a speech-language therapist at Radboud University Medical Centre Nijmegen. Tinka holds a Master's degree in Teaching and Learning in Higher Education from VU Amsterdam and a Bachelor's degree in Speech Language Pathology from HAN.
