Damien Dukek

Damien Dukek has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Damien currently holds the position of Director of Enterprise Financial Planning and Analysis at nVent, where they are responsible for managing the execution of the "Finance for the Future" project and developing data-driven decision making.

Prior to joining nVent, Damien worked at 3M as a Global Finance Manager and later as the Interim Global Finance Director for the Oral Care Solutions Division. In these roles, they supported the senior management team in analyzing trends and developing plans for growth. Damien was also responsible for financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting for the company's various divisions.

Before 3M, Damien worked at Boston Scientific as a Principal Financial Analyst, where they led financial planning activities for the CRM R&D department. Damien has also held positions at UnitedHealth Group as a Finance Manager and Financial Consultant, where they played a key role in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

Damien began their career at PwC as an Experienced Associate, and earlier at UnitedHealth Group as a Senior Internal Audit Analyst and Associate Project Manager. Damien also gained experience as a Product Specialist at UnitedHealth Group.

Damien has a strong background in financial planning and analysis, with experience in project management, data analysis, and financial reporting.

Damien Dukek earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Finance, Accounting, and Marketing from Concordia University-St. Paul in 2008. Damien later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance, Data Analytics, and Leadership Development from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, completing their studies in 2021. Damien also obtained certification as a Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst from the Corporate Finance Institute (CFI) in 2020.
