John Grantz has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. John started their career at DuPont, where they were responsible for distillation columns and chilled water units. John also developed automation to collect and summarize large volumes of data.
Later, John joined DuPont Photomasks, Inc. as an engineer and eventually became the Global Production Control and Quality Manager, overseeing multiple manufacturing facilities. John created tools and models to optimize manufacturing processes and improve efficiency.
In 2015, John transitioned to Sequoia Retail Systems as the Director of Operations before moving on to Pentair in 2016. At Pentair, they held roles such as Plant Manager and Director of Operations, where they managed manufacturing sites and distribution centers and implemented lean manufacturing practices.
Currently, John is the Vice President of Integrated Supply Chain at nVent, where they continue to oversee the supply chain operations and drive business success.
John Grantz received their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Drexel University, where they studied from 1992 to 1996. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in General Education at Central High School in Philadelphia from 1987 to 1991. John also pursued Executive Education in Finance and Accounting from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, though the specific years are not provided. In addition to their degrees, they obtained certifications in Payment Card Industry - Qualified Integrators and Resellers (PCI-QIR) in 2016 and Payment Card Industry Professional (PCIP) in 2015 from the PCI Security Standards Council.
