Linda Kiss

Linda Kiss has over 30 years of experience in various leadership roles in the technology and process development sectors. Linda has been the Vice President of Global Technology at nVent since 2018, where they are responsible for leading all aspects of technology development and managing a global technology team. Prior to that, they held the same position at Pentair from 2011 to 2018. At Pentair, they also served as the Global New Product Development Program Director, overseeing global product development teams and creating processes for prioritization and accountability.

Before their time at nVent and Pentair, Linda worked as the Senior Director of Technical Operations and Supply Chain at Solazyme, Inc. in 2011, where they provided leadership in technology transfer and regulatory approval. Linda also served as the Principal at Process Confidence from 2009 to 2011, providing expertise and guidance in process improvement and automation to clients in various industries.

Linda's previous experience includes roles at Monogram Biosciences (ViroLogic) from 2000 to 2008, where they held positions such as Senior Director and Director of Process Development, and Tyco Flow Control (Raychem) from 1991 to 2000, where they worked as a Senior Staff Engineer and Staff Engineer. In these roles, they managed technology, process, and product projects and supervised technician staff.

Throughout their career, Linda has demonstrated strong leadership skills and expertise in technology development, process improvement, and project management.

Linda Kiss has a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, which they obtained from 1985 to 1991. Linda also holds an M.S. in Chemical Engineering Practice from the same institution, earned in 1988. Prior to their time at MIT, Linda obtained a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Virginia, which they completed from 1981 to 1985. Linda's education journey began at Skyline High School, although specific dates and degrees are not provided for this period.
