Tike Brink

Tike Brink has significant experience in human resources, with a focus on management roles in Europe. They started their career at Erico B.V. in 2009, where they served as an HR Coordinator and later as an HR Generalist. At Pentair, Tike worked as an HR Generalist for the Netherlands and Nordics from 2016 to 2018. Currently, Tike is employed at nVent, where they have held various HR roles, including HR Business Partner, HR Manager, and most recently, Human Resources Director for Europe Enclosures. Overall, Tike Brink has extensive HR experience in recruitment, training, performance management, and HR administration.

Tike Brink obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from NHTV Internationale Hogeschool Breda between 2005 and 2009. Later, Tike pursued studies in Human Resources Management from 2012 to 2013.
