Victoria Kohlbek

Victoria Kohlbek is an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager currently employed at nVent since September 2021, having previously held the same role at Caribou Coffee from December 2016 to September 2021. Victoria has a robust background in managing the full life cycle recruitment process, partnering with corporate leaders to identify and hire top talent, and implementing innovative sourcing technologies.
