Nilufer Koechlin

Nilufer Koechlin is the current Head of HR for Engineering at Nvidia. Nilufer has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on Talent Acquisition. Nilufer started their career as a Staffing Manager at Interim Managed Staffing, where they were responsible for recruiting senior level talent for high-tech companies. In 1998, they left to become an HR Consultant at Ariba, where they led the global talent acquisition strategy for Engineering. Nilufer then moved to Openwave in 2001, where they became the HR Manager. During their time there, they supported multiple executives with 500+ employees in the US, APAC, and EMEA regions. Nilufer has been with Nvidia since 2004, where they have held various positions including Lead Engineering Recruiter and temporary Compensation Analyst.

Nilufer Koechlin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management from San Jose State University. Nilufer has also studied Business Administration at the school.

They work with Beau Davidson - VP, Human Resources, Lindsey Duran - Head of Talent Acquisition, and Mason Stubblefield - VP, Compensation & Performance Management. Nilufer Koechlin reports to Shelly Cerio, SVP, HR.
