Oscar Perez

Oscar Perez is a highly experienced engineering professional with a robust background in embedded systems and firmware development, currently serving as a Principal Architect at NVIDIA since May 2022. Prior to NVIDIA, Oscar worked as an OpenBMC Manageability Architect at ZT Systems, where responsibilities included architectural definitions and secure firmware development for Cloud Server Remote Management processors. Oscar's extensive career also includes a significant tenure at Hewlett-Packard, contributing to the Integrated Lights-Out Management Processor Firmware since its inception. Earlier roles at IBM and Precision Hispana involved embedded system engineering and firmware development using various microcontrollers and programming languages. Oscar holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Industrial Engineering and Electrical Engineering from Universidad Tecnica Federico Santa Maria.
