Brian Warren

Brian is responsible for the strategic direction of Nviro and aligning employees and customers with their purpose – to consistently providing safe, clean and hygienic environments in which people can thrive. It is his personal mission to inspire, coach and develop their people, and make sure they have the autonomy, support and tools to do their very best.

Having enjoyed an early career that touched upon the finance, electronic engineering and manufacturing sectors, he was fortunate to move into the cleaning industry at the turn of the millennium. His personal journey has touched upon all Nviro’s sectors, Brian is a university graduate, governor of two colleges, head of finance committee for two colleges and lived in social housing, running a commercial concern.

Not many people know that he has a life coach. This has kept him focused and helped him to realise that life is about knowing where you want to be.

The thing he loves most about working at Nviro is that he can have a positive influence on so many people’s lives. How their staff feel about their work and how they make their building users feel – he gets to see people develop, to see them get rewarded and to see the look on their face at a job well done.
