Mandi Hartley

Mandi Hartley serves as the Head of Human Resources at Nviro Limited since January 2019, where responsibilities include aligning staff with business objectives and enhancing performance through strategic HR initiatives. Mandi previously held various roles at Tesco PLC, including HR Advisor and People Manager, and served as Store Manager at One Stop Stores Ltd. Educational qualifications include a CIPD Level 5 in Human Resources Management from City of Portsmouth College and a CIPD Certificate Level 3 in Human Resources & Learning and Development Practice from South Downs College, in addition to several A Levels in subjects such as Sociology, English Language and Literature, and Psychology.
