Dr. Christoph Müller

Senior Director of Quantum Optics at NVision Imaging Technologies

Dr. Christoph Müller has extensive experience in quantum optics. From 2017 to present, they have held the roles of Senior Director of Quantum Optics, Director of Quantum Optics, and Head of Technology Development at NVision Imaging Technologies. From 2011 to 2017, they were a Postdoctoral Scientist and Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter, Doktorand at Universität Ulm, where they used the nitrogen-vacancy (NV) centre in diamond to overcome current sensitivity limitations in NMR and MRI. Dr. Christoph also built and worked on several confocal systems to perform NMR spectroscopy with single-spin sensitivity and developed and wrote python based algorithms for efficient experiment automation. In 2010, they held the role of Diplomand at the University of Stuttgart.

Dr. Christoph Müller received their Doctor of Natural Sciences (Dr. rer. nat.) degree from Ulm University in 2016 after completing their studies in Physics. Prior to that, they obtained a Diplom-Physiker degree from the University of Stuttgart in 2011.
