Chad Hiner Rn

Chad Hiner RN, MS is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in clinical informatics and customer experience. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Product and previously as the Vice President of Customer Experience at nVoq Incorporated, Chad has successfully led the establishment of a customer-centric team and collaborated across departments to enhance client growth. With a strong background in healthcare technology, Chad has held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Industry Solutions and Executive Director of Industry Solutions at nVoq, where strategic insights were leveraged to develop cross-platform solutions for healthcare workflows. Chad's previous experience includes significant contributions to the HIMSS Washington Chapter as a board member and project manager, alongside clinical roles in nursing and informatics at Harborview Medical Center and University of Washington, and serving as an Army Nurse Corps officer. Chad holds a Master’s in Clinical Informatics from the University of Washington and a Bachelor’s in Nursing from Seattle University.
