Amy Rathfelder

Amy Rathfelder is a seasoned professional in community and government affairs, currently serving as the Community and Government Affairs Manager for Multnomah County at NW Natural since September 2022. Previously, Amy held the position of Director of Government Affairs at the Portland Business Alliance and served as Campaign Manager for Friends of Ted Wheeler. Prior experience includes roles as Policy Advisor with the City of Portland and Communications Director for Eric Burnette for Congress. Amy has also contributed as a Social Media Advisor at R\West and has academic experience as a Teaching and Research Assistant at Portland State University. With a strong educational background that includes ongoing doctoral studies in Public Affairs and Policy, along with a Master of Public Policy and a Master of Arts in Political Communication, Amy Rathfelder brings a comprehensive skill set to public policy and community engagement initiatives.
