Gladys Lee, P.Eng., has a diverse range of work experience in various engineering roles. Gladys is currently serving as a Senior Engineer at the Nuclear Waste Management Organization, where they specialize in the Used Fuel Packaging Plant. Prior to this, they worked at Candu Energy - Member of the SNC-Lavalin Group as a Senior Fuel Channel Engineer. Gladys also held the position of Senior Fuel Channel Technical Lead/Series Lead at Aecon Group Inc. for seven years. Before transitioning to the nuclear industry, they worked as a Quality Specialist at Hamilton Health Sciences. Additionally, they have experience working at Atomic Energy of Canada as a Fuel Channel Series Lead/Human Factors Designer and at TG Minto as an Industrial Engineering Intern. Gladys Lee, P.Eng. obtained their Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Industrial Engineering from the University of Toronto. Gladys completed their undergraduate studies from 2002 to 2007. Later, they pursued a Master of Applied Science (MASc) in Industrial Engineering from the same university, which they successfully accomplished between 2012 and 2014.
