James Hopkins

James Hopkins is a skilled IT professional with extensive experience in systems programming and network administration. Currently serving as a Senior Solutions Engineer at NWN Carousel since August 2023, James previously held roles at the Florida Department of Children and Families and the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles as Systems Programmer III. James has a solid foundation in network operations, having worked in multitenant data centers, administering various Cisco and Juniper devices. Previous roles include Systems Programmer II and I, where James contributed to high availability environments, along with experience as a Distributed Computer Systems Analyst and Office Automation Analyst.
