Rob Smith

Rob Smith is an experienced technology executive with a career spanning several leadership roles in information technology and operations. Currently serving as Vice President of Information Technology at Northwest Pipe Company since May 2013, Rob oversees MPLS data and telecommunications networks for nine regional plant operations and dual data center technologies while managing corporate systems, including SAP ERP. Prior to this, Rob held the Chief Information Officer position at Integra Telecom, where responsibilities included overseeing multiple data center operations and an extensive application portfolio. Rob's earlier roles at Integra Telecom encompassed serving as SVP & General Manager, as well as Vice President of Customer Care, managing customer operations and network expansions. Additionally, Rob has experience as Chief Information Officer/Chief Technology Officer at Integra and Director at CenturyLink, focusing on integration and operational support systems. Rob holds a degree in Computer Science with a focus on Information Technology from the University of Idaho.
