Gordon Caffrey

Gordon Caffrey is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in security management and compliance. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of JKL Compliance since June 2024, Gordon is recognized as an Independent Certifier with TrustCB. Prior to this role, Gordon spent over nine years at NXP Semiconductors as a Principal Security Manager, leading the Technical Strategy for Secure Environment and Certification, covering numerous standards including Common Criteria and ISO27001. Gordon's background includes significant positions at INSIDE Secure, where responsibilities included compliance audits and policy creation, and at Atmel Smartcards IC’s, where contributions focused on developing production processes. Earlier experience includes a role at Motorola Solutions in technical support and training, as well as a leadership position in orthodontic lab management at Norman Menzies Orthodontics.
