Han Gijsbers

Han Gijsbers is an experienced professional in the fields of information security and IT compliance, currently serving as the NXP Cyber Security Risk Manager since January 2004. Gijsbers possesses a deep understanding of information security standards and frameworks including ISO 27001/2, ICF SoGP, and NIST CSF, and is responsible for the development of the NXP Cyber Security policy framework as well as conducting risk and security assessments. Previous roles include IT Compliance Officer, Global Process Specialist for Segregation of Duty, RSCQ Consultant, SAP Authorization Team Lead, Project Manager, and Service Delivery Manager, all contributing to expertise in SAP solutions, internal controls, and compliance processes. Gijsbers holds multiple degrees in Business Management, Business Economics and Information Technology, and Information Security, alongside certifications such as ICS2 Certified Information Security Professional.
