Shirelle Zachery, SHRM-CP, MHRM, M.Ed., is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience across various sectors, including law enforcement, academia, and consulting. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager and HR Country Lead at NXP Semiconductors, Shirelle also teaches Leadership and Management at Austin Community College and has held significant HR roles, such as Human Resources Director at the Travis County Sheriff's Office and Chief Consultant at A to Z Consulting.
