Mr. Wilber W. Gatwaza has over 19 years of international and local market experience in the ICT sector. This experience includes ICT sector planning, process transformation, broadband development, e-Government, Project Management, and smart city solutions. Working with various institutions in government and private, where he has helped deliver digital solutions and several ICT infrastructure projects.

He has built solid ICT experience around project management, strategy development, business analysis, and process standardization, information systems, IT service management, solutions architecture, and matrix management of project teams. Working with various ICT policy institutions, he has helped develop national ICT policies and corporate strategies that fuel technological infrastructure.

He has experience in nominal cell planning, conducting site surveys, design analysis, and defining objectives. He has worked on and successfully delivered over 30+ ICT projects in over five countries. He is a Ph.D. scholar with professional ICT certifications including Prince2Practioner, ITIL Expert, TOGAF9, CIO certified Enterprise Architecture professional. He has written and published several articles and presented in several international conferences proceeding to define industry best practices.
