Gustavo Castenetto

Gustavo Castenetto has worked in the software development industry for over 30 years. Gustavo began their career in 1989 as a Software Developer at Fobesa - S+H Sistemas. In 1996, they moved to Business Compass as a Project Manager. Two years later, they joined Intelligent Content Corp. as the Director of IT & Online Marketing Operations. In 1998, they became the Software Factory General Manager at Neo Compass. In 2011, they were appointed as the Managing Partner at Fresh Pepper. Finally, in 2005, they founded and became the CEO of Nybble Group, an agile software development hub focused on creating advanced software applications.

Gustavo Castenetto studied Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering at the University of Buenos Aires from 1989 to 1994. In 2020, they obtained a Direccion de Pequeña y Mediana Empresa in Business Administration and Management, General from IAE Business School. In 2021, they enrolled in a Graduate program in Organizational Leadership at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Liderazgo en la innovación from MIT Professional Education in July 2021.
