Reem Osman

Reem M. M. Osman currently serves as the Chief People Officer at nybl, where the focus is on developing an AI ecosystem for businesses across various industries. Previously, Reem held the position of Oxford Brookes Alumni Ambassador for Bahrain and worked as a consultant and Director of Human Capital at Gulf Researcher, managing employee experience and strategic HR initiatives. Reem's career includes significant roles in marketing and human resources at Earth Environmental Services, Talent2, Software AG, and GE Middle East & North Africa, with extensive experience in recruitment, training, strategic planning, and organizational development. Reem earned a BSc in Human Biology from Oxford Brookes University and attended Doha College.
