Alex Harris

Alex Harris, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Revenue Cycle Services at NYC Health + Hospitals since March 2019, after previously holding the position of Assistant Director for Revenue Cycle Learning & Development. Prior experience includes roles at Optum360 as a Revenue Cycle Business Process Analyst and Manager of Revenue Cycle Operations, among others, from May 2016 to March 2019. Earlier in the career, North Shore University Hospital employed Alex as Patient Access Supervisor for the Emergency Department and as an Emergency Department Representative from July 2011 to May 2016. Alex holds a Master of Business Administration in Management and Leadership from Dowling College (2014-2016) and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Management from Long Island University (2006-2010).
