Jacqueline Valles

Jacqueline Valles, MPA, RN, NEA-BC, serves as the Director of Quality, Nursing at NYC Health + Hospitals since March 2021. With extensive experience in nursing leadership, Jacqueline previously held the role of Director of Nursing, Patient Experience, Operations & Quality at Westchester Medical Center for eight years, overseeing various clinical departments and implementing quality improvement initiatives. Prior experience includes roles such as Care Center Manager at Valley Health System and Nurse Manager at Westchester Medical Center, where Jacqueline contributed to enhanced patient care, increased employee satisfaction, and successful project management. Jacqueline holds a Master’s degree in Public Healthcare Administration from Long Island University and a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from the Decker School of Nursing at Binghamton University.
