Tatiana A. Celcis

Tatiana A. Celcis, LCSW, serves as the Director of Workforce Wellness at NYC Health + Hospitals since September 2014, focusing on enhancing employee mental health and safety through tailored wellness programming. Previously, as the Wellness Program Director, Tatiana led the 'Helping Healers Heal' peer support initiative and collaborated with the Chief Wellness Officer on various wellness strategies. Early experience includes serving as an Emergency Department Social Worker, where Tatiana conducted psychosocial assessments and worked with survivors of violence. Additionally, Tatiana had significant internship roles at Elmhurst Hospital Center and EOC of Suffolk, Inc., and served as a Resident Assistant while completing a Bachelor of Science in Social Work and a Master of Social Work from Stony Brook University and New York University, respectively.
