Kirill Kiselev serves as a Junior Strategy Advisor at the NYC Mayor's Office of Community Mental Health, focusing on enhancing onboarding processes and improving mental health resources through cross-functional collaboration. As Co-Founder of the Mental Swing media project, Kirill develops engaging content on social psychology and philosophy, facilitating community dialogues through live streams. Kirill is also a Presidential Scholar at New York University, where involvement in research projects includes delivering training for Behavioral Parent Training and designing research frameworks at the FACES Lab and Motivation Lab, respectively. Experience includes a summer internship at McKinsey & Company and a researcher role at NYU Langone Health, contributing to experimental procedures and behavioral training development. Kirill holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a concentration in Political Science from New York University.
