Linn Ejderhamn

Linn Ejderhamn has extensive experience in the legal field, with a focus on corporate and capital market law. From 2019 to the present, they have worked at Nyfosa AB, first as a Legal Counsel and currently as the Chefsjurist / General Counsel. In this role, they are responsible for handling legal matters related to the company's property transactions in Sweden, Finland, and Norway.

Prior to their role at Nyfosa AB, Linn worked at Advokatfirman Cederquist from 2015 to 2019 as an Advokat / Senior Associate. Here, they specialized in equity capital markets, advising clients on various corporate transactions such as public takeover bids, initial public offerings, and public M&A.

Linn also gained experience at Nasdaq in 2018 as a Surveillance Specialist on a secondment basis. Additionally, they worked at Baker & McKenzie from 2011 to 2015, where they served as an Advokat / Associate. During this time, they handled a wide range of corporate and capital market matters, including advising on IPOs, rights issues, and corporate governance issues.

Furthermore, Linn worked at Androws as a Legal Counsel in 2010 and was a Master Thesis Trainee at Advokatfirman Glimstedt from February to April 2010.

Linn Ejderhamn completed their high school education at Danderyds gymnasium from 2002 to 2005, specializing in Law and Economics. They then proceeded to Stockholm University, where they pursued a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Law from 2006 to 2011. In addition, Linn participated in an exchange program and studied at the University of Vienna for one year, specifically focusing on Law in 2009 and 2010. The individual also obtained certification in IR (Investor Relations) from Di Akademi in January 2021.
