Pavan has a strong background in information technology recruitment. Pavan started their career as an IT Recruiter at Tuzen Tech Solutions Pvt Ltd in 2018 and then moved on to Quess Corp Limited in 2019, where they held the role of IT Recruiter until 2020. Pavan then joined IDC Technologies, Inc. as a Senior Information Technology Recruiter from September 2020 to January 2021. Pavan continued their career at Quess Corp Limited as a Senior Information Technology Recruitment Consultant from February 2021 to October 2022. Currently, Pavan holds the position of Senior Information Technology Recruiter at New York Global Consultants Inc. (NYGCI) starting from November 2022.
