Anna Basile Ph.D.

Anna Basile, PhD, MA, currently serves as a Senior Bioinformatics Scientist at the New York Genome Center since May 2019. Concurrently, Anna holds the position of Adjunct Associate Research Scientist in the Department of Biomedical Informatics at Columbia University in the City of New York, which has been ongoing since February 2018. Previously, Anna worked as a Postdoctoral Scientist in the same department and as a Graduate Research Assistant at Penn State University from August 2013 to January 2018, where Anna obtained a Doctor of Philosophy in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology.
