Onyinye Balogun, MD MS, is a distinguished medical professional serving as Co-Founder at Mission-Driven Tech since October 2020 and as a Global Cancer Disparities Researcher at the New York Genome Center since March 2021, focusing on the Polyethnic 1000 project. Balogun holds the position of Assistant Professor of Radiation Oncology at Weill Cornell Medical College and an Assistant Attending at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital since 2015. Prior residency training took place at New York University and the University of Chicago Medicine from 2011 to 2015. Balogun began a career in research as a Research Assistant at Yale University School of Medicine from 2007 to 2010. Balogun earned an A.B. in Biochemical Sciences from Harvard University and an M.D. from Yale University School of Medicine.
