Stephanie Iafrate

Stephanie Iafrate has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. Stephanie started at JBCStyle Fashion Recruiters in 2015 as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, where they gained experience matching brands with ideal candidates in the fashion, beauty, action sports, retail, and home industries. In 2017, they joined Effectv (fka Comcast Spotlight) as an Assistant II before moving on to New York Interconnect in 2019. At New York Interconnect, Stephanie first served as an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer and later transitioned into the role of Human Resources Manager in December 2021.

Stephanie Iafrate holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology, which they obtained from Rutgers University - Newark in the years 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they attended Bergen Community College from 2009 to 2011 and earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Communication and Media Studies. In addition to their formal education, Stephanie has obtained certifications in Management Essentials from Michigan State University in February 2022 and Human Resource Management from Villanova University in October 2021.
