Kristina Lindroos

Kristina Lindroos is an accomplished entrepreneur and project manager with extensive experience in product development and talent attraction. As the founder and CEO of Ny i Värmland since August 2018, Kristina addresses regional competence challenges and innovatively engages in talent attraction. Previously, Kristina served as a project manager at BillerudKorsnäs, managing product development projects from inception to completion, and at Xylem Inc., overseeing product development and mechanical engineering. Kristina also initiated the F-gruppen network in Karlstad, facilitating discussions on career development for parents. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Linköping University and DTU - Technical University of Denmark.
