Rupali Jain

Rupali Jain is an experienced professional in product management and analytics, currently serving as the Director of Product Management at Nykaa since May 2018, where Rupali leads the Recommendations and Personalization charter. Prior to Nykaa, Rupali worked at Flipkart from July 2014 to April 2017, first as a Business Analyst focusing on customer contact prioritization and analytical support for product launches, and later as a Senior Business Analyst developing a contact prediction model that significantly improved forecasting accuracy. Rupali began the career as a Decision Scientist at Mu Sigma from July 2013 to June 2014. Rupali holds a PGP in Finance and Marketing from the Indian School of Business and a Bachelor of Technology from Malaviya National Institute of Technology Jaipur.
