Miriam Ragle Aure

Senior Bioinformatics Scientist at Nykode Therapeutics at Nykode

Miriam Ragle Aure has a strong background in bioinformatics and cancer research. Miriam is currently working as a Senior Bioinformatics Scientist at Nykode Therapeutics since August 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a researcher at the Dept. of Medical Genetics, Institute of Clinical Medicine, University of Oslo and OUS from November 2019 to November 2022. Miriam also served as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Institute for Cancer Research, The Norwegian Radium Hospital, Oslo University Hospital from January 2014 to October 2019. In addition, Miriam has experience as a Visiting Scientist at the Wellcome Trust Sanger Institute in September 2015 and as a Research Associate at the Institute for Cancer Research, The Norwegian Radium Hospital from August 2008 to January 2010. Miriam completed their PhD at the Institute for Cancer Research, The Norwegian Radium Hospital from 2010 to 2013.

Miriam Ragle Aure began their education at Fagerborg videregående skole from 1999 to 2002. Miriam then attended the Norwegian University of Life Sciences (UMB) from 2003 to 2006, earning a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Ecology. During the same period, they also pursued French Studies at UPVD Alumni. From 2006 to 2008, Miriam completed their Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Biotechnology - genetics at UMB. Finally, they went on to earn a PhD in Medicine from the University of Oslo (UiO) from 2010 to 2013.
