Shana Cosgrove

Shana Cosgrove has held a variety of roles in the business world since 2013. Shana began their career as the Chief Executive Officer of Nyla Technology Solutions. In 2018, they became the Managing Partner of VitalUP Marketing and a Board Member of both the Baltimore Family Alliance and Fort Meade Alliance. In 2020, they joined the Board of the HUBZone Contractors National Council and began hosting the Outspoken Podcast. Most recently, in 2021, they joined the Board of the Girl Scouts of Central Maryland.

Shana Cosgrove holds a B.S in Computer Science from the University of Virginia and a Master's degree in Systems Engineering from George Mason University.
