Nadia Rauch

Nadia Rauch, PhD, currently serves as a Senior Engineering Manager in Machine Learning and Data Engineering at Nylas since September 2020, having previously held roles as an Engineering Manager and Senior Machine Learning Engineer. Additionally, Nadia contributes as a Committee Member for Women x AI at the Toronto Machine Learning Society since February 2021. Prior experience includes positions as a Machine Learning Engineer and Data Engineer at Wave HQ, and a Data Analyst/Data Scientist at 4finance. Nadia began their career as a Software Engineer at Alias srl and has held a PhD Research Fellow position at the University of Florence, where Nadia also completed doctoral studies in Computer Systems and Telecommunications, as well as a Master of Engineering in Computer Engineering. Furthermore, Nadia obtained a Postgraduate Certificate in Management of Enterprise Data Analytics from the University of Toronto.
