George Coker

George Coker is an accomplished experiential poet and actor, currently associated with Ars Poetica since January 2019, where the focus lies on integrating poetry into various artistic forms. Coker has been a freelance actor and model with NYLO Model & Talent Agency since November 2015, specializing in commercials, industrials, film, television, print modeling, and runway work. The experience with YMTC as an actor began in March 2010, and previous involvement as a Teen Trouper at The Marsh Theater spanned from August 2009 to August 2012. Educational achievements include a Bachelor’s Degree in Fine/Studio Arts, Design from the University of San Francisco, and an Associate of Arts from City College of San Francisco, augmented by training at the American Conservatory Theater.
