Mila Litrovnik

Mila Litrovnik is the current CFO at Nym. Prior to that, they served as Vice President Finance at Spot.io from November 2019 to April 2021. Before that, they were with Natural Intelligence from November 2013 to November 2019, where they served as Director of Finance and Group Financial Controller.

Litrovnik is experienced in managing finance departments and teams across multiple companies, both in Israel and abroad. Mila has also worked with a variety of consultants in different areas such as accounting, taxation, FP&A, hedging, insurance, relocation, and in various "Big-4" professional departments.

At Natural Intelligence, Litrovnik was responsible for leading the treasury and cashflow management, working with trading rooms and investment account managers, building a hedging strategy, and working with banks on all credit related issues. Mila also spearheaded the replacement of the ERP system. In addition, they were in charge of M&A activities such as due diligence and evaluation of economic, accounting, and taxation affects - from term sheet to post merger integration. Other responsibilities included managing all insurance related activities of the Group, setting up subsidiaries abroad, optimizing the Group’s taxation model, building an annual budget, monitoring budget and providing end of period forecasts, preparing consolidated monthly, bi-annual and annual reporting for the Group per IFRS, and preparing and submitting tax reporting for all companies in the group.

Mila Litrovnik's educational career includes a BA in Economics & Accounting from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
