Lewis Turner has worked in the recruitment industry since 2003. Lewis began their career as a Business Development Manager at PCR Recruitment, where they were responsible for providing the top 20% of contract web development related staff to the top 100 agencies. Lewis then moved to DisplayLink in 2007 as a Technical Recruitment Manager, where they took ownership of the global recruitment process and worked with and trained staff in interviewing and recruitment best practice. In 2011, they started their own RPO company, Cambridge Technology Resourcing Limited, offering part time internal resourcing services as an internal Technical Recruitment Manager. Later that year, they joined TIM Group (Global) as a Global Talent Acquisition Manager, responsible for end to end global recruitment on all positions. In 2014, they joined Aveillant Ltd as a Talent Acquisition Manager, where they successfully recruited software, mechanical and verification engineers using direct sourcing methods. In 2015, they worked as a Technology Recruitment Manager at PA Consulting Group, and in 2020 they were the Director at Bee Resourceful Limited, helping start ups and high growth companies recruit the best colleagues. Lewis's most recent roles have been at Optibrium Ltd. as a Recruitment Manager, and at Nyobolt as a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager.
Lewis Turner attended the University of Bradford from 1980 to 1984 and obtained a 2.2 in Electronic Engineering. Lewis also holds four Social Talent Black Belt Certificates, which were obtained in October 2015, October 2015, October 2015, and May 2015.
