Jenn Carroll

Jenn Carroll, DNP, MSN Ed, CRNA, currently serves as the Director of Nurse Anesthesia and Support Services at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, overseeing both the Columbia Division and the NYP Lawrence and Hudson Valley Hospitals. Additionally, Jenn holds the position of Chief Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist and is the President/CEO of Optimal Anesthesia Services. In parallel with clinical duties, Jenn contributes to education as an adjunct nursing faculty member at Capella University and has previously held teaching roles at Barry University and Quinnipiac University. Jenn is also involved with Chief, an organization dedicated to empowering women leaders. Academic achievements include a Doctorate of Nursing Practice in Anesthesia and a Master’s degree in Nursing Education, among others, with ongoing studies for an Executive MBA in Operations Management.
