Sheryl Morgan

Sheryl Morgan is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources and administration across various sectors, particularly in healthcare. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital since November 2023, Sheryl has previously held significant leadership roles, including Founder and Lead HR Guidance Counselor at The HR Guidance Counselor, LLC, and Vice President of Human Resources at Fresenius Medical Care. With a proven track record in diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, Sheryl also co-founded the Black Employee Network at Fresenius. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from New York Institute of Technology, a Master of Public Administration from Marist College, a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology/Education from York College, and an Associate degree in Paralegal Studies from St. John's University.
