Amy Wright

Amy Wright has extensive experience in the metallurgy field, currently serving as a Senior Metallurgist in Business Improvement at Nyrstar since June 2018. Previous roles at Nyrstar include Business Analyst and various metallurgist positions within the Acid Plant and Blast Furnace. Prior to Nyrstar, Amy worked at Glencore Copper from January 2013 to June 2018, holding multiple metallurgist roles at the MIM Copper Smelter and Concentrator. Early experience includes co-op positions at companies such as Mars, Qenos, Sydney Desalination Plant, and Memcor/Siemens. Amy holds a Graduate Certificate in Applied Finance from UNSW and a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering, also from UNSW.
