Frank Keersmaekers

Frank Keersmaekers, CPSM, has extensive experience in procurement management, currently serving as Group Manager of Procurement North America at Nyrstar since September 2008, where responsibilities include orchestrating sourcing strategy and execution. Previously, Frank held the position of Purchasing Manager for Europe at Nyrstar, developing a comprehensive group purchasing strategy across the region. Prior to joining Nyrstar, Frank worked at Umicore from 2001 to August 2008, initially as Purchasing Manager and later as Business IT Manager for Procurement, focusing on the strategy update for procurement tools and supporting SAP MM and SRM systems. Frank holds a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Economics from Hasselt University, a Master's in Logistics Management from Karel de Grote-Hogeschool, and completed high school focused on Economics at Hasselt University.
