Erica Floding

Erica Floding is an experienced mental health professional currently serving as an Outpatient Therapist at Nystrom & Associates, Ltd. since January 2021, and participating in a fellowship with Research To Public Policy that focuses on connecting federal lawmakers with researchers on critical social issues. Previous roles include managing the Pre-Trial Services Program at JusticePoint and working as a Re-Entry Specialist at the Arapahoe County Detention Center. Erica has also interned at the UNIVERSITY OF DENVER PROFESSIONAL PSYCHOLOGY CLINIC, conducting outpatient competency restoration, and at the Mental Health Center of Denver, where responsibilities included conducting intake assessments. Earlier experiences encompass serving as a Deputy Probation Officer, Mental Health Rehabilitation Worker, and various internships focused on mental health support and education. Erica holds a Master of Arts in Forensic Psychology from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies, Psychology, and Political Science from Concordia College.
