Brian Gallagher

Brian Gallagher has been a Senior Staff Editor at The New York Times since December 2017. Prior to that, they were the Editor in Chief of Timeline from April 2016 to December 2017. From January 2013 to February 2016, Brian was the Lifestyle Editor at The Seattle Times. Brian was also the Deputy Editor at The New York Observer from March 2011 to September 2012. Brian's first job in editing was as Managing Editor at Gilt.com from August 2009 to March 2010. Brian began their career as a Reporter/Researcher at Vanity Fair in September 2005 and remained there until August 2009.
