Manas Dhanuka

Manas Dhanuka is an Associate Bioinformatics Programmer at NYU Langone Health since September 2023. Prior experience includes a role as a Bioinformatician at Unravel Biosciences, where data retrieval from the Reactome Neo4j graph database and the development of a pathway analysis component for drug prediction were key responsibilities. Manas also worked as a Bioinformatics Research Assistant at Boston University School of Medicine, contributing to a cross-species analysis pipeline for snRNASeq data related to Alzheimer's disease. Earlier, at Elucidata, a Data Curation Intern position involved curation of publicly available transcriptomics datasets and collaboration on a standardized curation scheme.
