Manjunatha Kogenaru is currently a Senior Research Scientist at NYU Langone Health, where they are working on improving CRISPR-dCas9 based technology for generating cancer cell models. Prior to this, they have held research positions at Imperial College London, Wellcome Sanger Institute, Centre for Genomic Regulation (CRG), AMOLF, and Max Planck Society, where they have worked on various projects related to synthetic biology, genetic networks, and protein engineering. Manjunatha has a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Bioinformatics and Biochemistry from Max Planck Society and an Advanced Post Graduate Diploma in Bioinformatics from Madurai Kamaraj University.
