Gaspar Taroncher-Oldenburg

Gaspar Taroncher-Oldenburg currently serves as the Director of Therapeutics Alliances at New York University, a position held since November 2022. With extensive consulting experience beginning in October 2014, Gaspar advises various organizations—including Fortune 500 and biotech companies—on scientific strategy, business development, STEM communications, and open innovation. As a Business Advisor for the University City Science Center, Gaspar offers commercial guidance for project implementation in the QED program, and previously acted as Consultant-in-Residence for the Sarawak Biodiversity Centre and Global Engage, where strategic evaluations and development projects were a focus. Editorial expertise includes a role as Editor-at-Large for Nature BioPharma Dealmakers and past positions with Nature Publishing Group, notably as Associate Publisher and Managing Editor for SciBX.
